Gentle Hatha Yoga

Please join us Saturday mornings to practice Gentle Hatha Yoga.

The practice of Hatha Yoga goes much deeper than movement; it is a pathway to practicing loving kindness - beginning with self. Our 1.5 hour practice incorporates centering, breath work, gentle movement, stretching, core strengthening, and finally - integration of all experiences, in rest.
